Department:Crystal Simonds is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a Master’s degree in School
Counseling from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where she also completed additional
graduate-level training in Community Counseling, and a Bachelor’s degree in Family Life
Education/Child Development from the University of Central Oklahoma. She has nearly 20 years of
experience serving children, families, and communities in roles ranging from early childhood teacher to
mental health provider. Her career also includes leadership positions as a Community Coordinator for
United Way of Pottawatomie County, where she implemented multiple grant-funded programs through
Smart Start Oklahoma, and as a Special Programs Coordinator at the University of Oklahoma Health
Sciences Center, where she strengthened community outreach and family support initiatives.
At Earlsboro Public Schools, Crystal supports students’ social, emotional, and behavioral well-being by
providing individual and group services, collaborating with families and teachers, and helping students
navigate challenges that impact learning and development. A proud graduate of Bethel High School
and lifelong Pottawatomie County resident, she is passionate about equipping students with the tools
they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Her dream vacation would be to go on a relaxing trip to the ocean.
