Middle and High School Teachers

Middle & High School Program

Dear Students,

As you journey through your high school years, we — your faculty and staff — want to encourage you to invest in more than just academic success. We urge you to develop the life skills that will empower you far beyond the classroom: critical thinking, time management, self-motivation, high standards, lifelong learning, and sound decision-making.

In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing world, the ability to think deeply and independently is more valuable than ever. Critical thinking will help you navigate challenges, solve problems, and make informed choices — in school and in life.

Managing your time wisely and staying organized will reduce stress and help you meet your goals. Time management isn’t just about keeping a planner — it’s about prioritizing what matters and making space for both growth and rest.

We encourage you to stay self-motivated — to take initiative, stay curious, and push yourself to do your best even when no one is watching. Set a high standard of quality for your work and your character. Strive not for perfection, but for progress, effort, and pride in what you produce.

Finally, embrace the mindset of a lifelong learner. Learning doesn't end with high school or college — it continues in every stage of life. Cultivating curiosity and adaptability will keep you growing, no matter what path you choose.

Every decision you make helps shape your future. Practice making thoughtful, responsible choices. Whether it's how you spend your time, how you treat others, or how you face challenges, these decisions matter.

We believe in your potential. We're here to support you — but the drive comes from within. Keep aiming high, stay focused, and never stop learning.

With encouragement and support,
Your Faculty and Staff
