Dear Families and Community Members,

As the Director of Special Education, it is my privilege to support the diverse learning needs of students across our K–12 school community. At the heart of our work is a deep commitment to ensuring that every student—regardless of ability—has access to a meaningful, inclusive, and high-quality educational experience.

Our special education team works collaboratively with teachers, administrators, specialists, and families to provide individualized support that honors each student’s strengths and challenges. Through IEP development, targeted interventions, and inclusive practices, we strive to create a learning environment where all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We have a resource room for our students in both the elementary and the high school buildings where students receive one on one and small group instruction.

We recognize that families are essential partners in this work. Your insight and involvement play a crucial role in shaping the success of your child’s educational journey. I encourage open communication and collaboration, and I invite you to reach out with questions, concerns, or ideas.

Thank you for entrusting us with your children. Together, we can build a school community that values equity, celebrates diversity, and fosters growth for every learner.

Warm regards,
Angie Terry
Director of Special Education
